1- Rooms are available from 12 am on the day of arrival, until 10 am on the day of departure.

2- Bookings will be confirmed once credit card details (card number and expiry date) have been provided as a guarantee or upon receipt of a deposit (30% minimum) by bank transfer or postal order.

3- Bookings for special offers will incur no penalties only if cancellation is made 10 days before the arrival date and confirmed via e-mail/fax.

4- In the case of a no-show (the non-arrival of a guest) or of cancellation (after the period specified in point 3), the cost of three nights’ accommodation will be charged, or the deposit will not be returned.

5- Late arrivals or early departures will result in payment for accommodation only for the whole period the room is not used
