• Maintain a proper preventive behavior to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols and safe environment;

• Wash bathroom and bedroom linen at a certified laundry;

• Clean and sanitize common areas several times a day;

• Ensure and enforce safety distance;

• Sanitize several times a day all surfaces of greatest contact (such as the living area, the reception desk, the elevators and the button panels, the handles, the switches, the handrails, the bathrooms of the common areas)

• Assign yourself an individual electronic card for access to your room for the duration of your stay;

• Offer hand sanitizer dispenser in all common areas;

• Keep the right distance between the tables in the dining room at the restaurant;

• Constantly aerate all environments;

• Make disposable gloves and masks available to our guests;
